§855. Coverage for college students
The Office of Group Benefits shall provide accident and health coverage, under the same terms and conditions as are available to other plan members, to any unmarried dependent child of a plan member if that child is attending college as a full-time student and meets age requirements in accordance with board rules and regulations. The office, upon receiving verification from the college that the dependent child is a full-time student, shall consider that dependent child eligible for coverage until the first day of classes of the next regularly scheduled semester, excluding summer semesters.
