RS 28:102 - State psychiatric hospitals; return of escaped patients

§102. State psychiatric hospitals; return of escaped patients
Any escaped patient from a state psychiatric hospital shall be returned at the expense of the state psychiatric hospital from which he left without authorization unless his discharge is granted before his return.
