RS 17:407.82 - Definitions.

§407.82. Definitions.
As used in this Part, the following definitions shall apply:
(1) "Department" means the state Department of Education.
(2) "Early learning staff" means a person employed as a full-time staff member in a licensed early learning center or a registered family child day care home.
