SECTION 3--MOVABLES: ACQUISITIVE PRESCRIPTION OF
THREE YEARS OR TEN YEARS
Art. 3489. Movables; acquisitive prescription
Ownership and other real rights in movables may be acquired either by the prescription of three years or by the prescription of ten years.
