RS 40:2180.11 - Purpose
PART VI-F. LICENSING OF CRISIS RECEIVING CENTERS
§2180.11. Purpose
The purpose of this part is to provide for the operation and maintenance of crisis receiving centers to provide for appropriate crisis identification, intervention, and stabilization services, including a coordinated system of entry for people in behavorial emergency rooms.
Added by Acts 2008, No. 447, §2, effective upon final adoption of the rules and regulations proulgated by DHH.
