§1300.37. Falsifying identification or misrepresenting condition

            Any person who, with intent to deceive, provides, wears, uses, or possesses a false identifying device or identification card of the type described in Section 1300.33(B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by imprisonment in the parish jail for not more than ninety days, or by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars, or both.
