Art. 3422. Court costs
In judicial proceedings under this Title, the following schedule of costs, commissions, and fees shall prevail:
(1) Court costs shall be one-half the court costs in similar proceedings in larger successions, but the minimum costs in any case shall be five dollars; and
(2) The commission of the succession representative shall be not more than five percent of the gross assets of the succession.
