Art. 1904. Obligation of the surety
Confusion of the qualities of obligee and obligor in the person of the principal obligor extinguishes the obligation of the surety.
Confusion of the qualities of obligee and obligor in the person of the surety does not extinguish the obligation of the principal obligor.
