§336. Violation by corporation; suit to oust corporation from all business in state

Where a corporation has been convicted of a violation of the provisions of this Sub-part, and continues or attempts to do business thereafter in this state, the Attorney General shall oust such corporation from all business of every kind and character in Louisiana.
