§300. Registration of confusingly similar trademarks, service marks and trade names prohibited

The secretary of state shall not register any trademark or service mark or trade name, (including corporate names), which so resembles any one of the trademarks, service marks or trade names reserved by this Sub-part to the Louisiana American Revolution Bicentennial Commission except for said commission or with the written approval of said commission that is likely to cause confusion or mistake or to deceive.
