SUBPART D. PARISH AND MUNICIPAL ENTITIES
§1247.1. Funding identification
All parish and municipal entities are hereby authorized to identify funds received from any source other than the state and to consult with the Department of Health and Hospitals in an effort to maximize revenues for both the Department of Health and Hospitals and the parish and municipal entities. Collaboration between the Department of Health and Hospitals and the parish and municipal entities may allow such entities to receive additional funding from public and private sources. The provisions of this Subpart shall not be construed to require any parish or municipal entity to enter into an agreement with the Department of Health and Hospitals.
