RS 40:1081.4 - Cooperation of physicians and hospitals
§1081.4. Cooperation of physicians and hospitals
The Department of Health and Hospitals may invite the cooperation of all physicians and hospitals in the state which provide maternity and newborn infant care to participate in any program established by the department under the authority of this Subpart.
