SECTION 1--IMMOVABLES: PRESCRIPTION OF TEN YEARS IN
GOOD FAITH AND UNDER JUST TITLE
Art. 3473. Prescription of ten years
Ownership and other real rights in immovables may be acquired by the prescription of ten years.
