§802.24. Transfer; ABLE Account Authority
The ABLE Account Authority, transferred by the provisions of R.S. 36:259(Y), is transferred to and placed within the Department of Health and Hospitals and shall continue to be composed and selected as provided by law, and shall continue to exercise all of the powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities as provided in Chapter 19 of Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
