Art. 3159. Acts of pledge in favor of banks.

Acts of pledge in favor of any banks in this State, whether State banks or National banks, shall be considered as forming authentic proof, if they have been passed before the cashiers of those banks, and contain such description of the objects given in pledge, as is required by the preceding Article.
