§100.115. Board of trustees of the Post Employment Benefits Trust Fund

A. There is hereby established the board of trustees of the Post Employment Benefits Trust Fund within the office of the governor, division of administration.

B. The board of trustees shall be composed of the following members:

(1) The commissioner of administration.

(2) The state treasurer.

(3) A member of the House Committee on Appropriations appointed by the speaker of the House of Representatives.

(4) A member of the Senate Finance Committee appointed by the president of the Senate.

C. The board of trustees shall:

(1) On behalf of the state, act as trustee of the Trust Fund and exercise the state's fiduciary responsibilities.

(2) Review and approve all policies, projections, rules, criteria, procedures, forms, standards, performance goals, and actuarial reports pertaining to the Trust Fund.

(3) Review and approve the Trust Fund budget.

(4) Review financial records of the Trust Fund, including Trust Fund receipts, expenditures, and investments.

(5) Commission and obtain actuarial studies of the Trust Fund liabilities.

(6) Do any other things necessary to perform the state's fiduciary obligations.
