§936.2. Fees

A. The secretary shall charge the following fees:

(1) An advance notification fee of one hundred dollars per advance notification to be submitted with the advance notification form.

(2) A fee for the renewal of any eligible contract.

(3) An application fee, which shall be a graduated administrative charge for reviewing, processing, and servicing applications, based on the amount of taxes to be exempted. The fee charged shall be two-tenths of one percent of the estimated and total amount of taxes to be exempted. The minimum fee shall be two hundred dollars and the maximum fee shall be five thousand dollars per project. The renewal fee, where applicable shall be fifty dollars.

(4) An inspection fee of one hundred dollars for each plant inspection required to be submitted with each affidavit of final cost.

B. The amount of any fee authorized by this Section may be lowered by the secretary by rule adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act. However, the amount of any such fee shall not exceed the cost of the services provided for that fee.
