RS 51:911.23 — Establishment of uniform standards code; code preemption
§911.23. Establishment of Uniform Standards Code; code preemption
A. All new manufactured or modular homes which are sold or offered for sale in this state shall be in compliance with the Code and the requirements of this Part.
B. In any redhibitory action brought against the seller of a manufactured home or mobile home, the standards set forth in the Code shall be considered in establishing and determining whether or not a defect exists.
