§300.5. Registration of confusingly similar trade names, trademarks, and service marks prohibited

The secretary of state shall not register any trade name, including any corporate name, trademark, or service mark which so resembles or incorporates any one of the trade names, trademarks, or service marks reserved by this Subpart for Jazzland, Inc. that is likely to cause confusion or mistake or to deceive, except to Jazzland, Inc., or with the written approval of Jazzland, Inc.
