§300.4. Issuance by secretary of state of certificates of registration of trade names, trademarks, and service marks reserved to Jazzland, Inc.
The secretary of state shall not register any trade name, including any corporate name, trademark, or service mark reserved by this Subpart for Jazzland, Inc., except to Jazzland, Inc., or except with the written approval of Jazzland, Inc.
