§292. Applicability of law regarding trademarks, service marks and trade names in general
Except insofar as the provisions of this Sub-part are in conflict therewith, the provisions of Sub-part A, of Part VI of Chapter 1 of Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to trademarks, service marks and trade names in general, shall be applicable to this Sub-part.
