§205. Division of Administrative Services

There shall be in the office of the governor a Division of Administrative Services which shall be headed by a manager of administrative services designated by the governor. The manager of administrative services shall render central mail, messenger, duplicating, addressing, temporary stenographic and clerical and related services, for the benefit of State agencies located on the capital grounds and other centers located elsewhere in the State as may be directed by the governor.

The Division of Administrative Services is authorized to bill the budget units for such services at actual cost as nearly as can be determined, and settlements therefor shall be made by warrants. The receipts from such services shall be treated as reimbursements.
