RS 48:274.2 — Placing of advertising signs on state-owned ferries
§274.2. Placing of advertising signs on state-owned ferries
The department shall regulate the placement, erection, and maintenance of advertising signs on state-owned ferries. The Department of Transportation and Development shall establish appropriate and reasonable fees and promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to implement the provisions of this Section.
