§1092.1. Mississippi River Bridge Authority; terms of members appointed by the governor

Notwithstanding any provision of R.S. 48:1092 or any other law or ordinance to the contrary, the term of office of each of the members of the Mississippi River Bridge Authority who are appointed by the governor, whether directly or from a panel of names submitted to him, shall be for four years and shall be concurrent with the term of the governor making the appointment. Each appointment by the governor shall be submitted to the Senate for confirmation.
