RS 46:1441.2 — Requirement for registration
§1441.2. Requirement for registration
A. All family child day care homes that receive state or federal funds, directly or indirectly through the Child and Adult Care Food Program, the Family Support Act of 1988, or any other state or federal funding program shall be registered.
B. For purposes of this Chapter, group day care homes that receive state or federal funds shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 14 of Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
