§181.6. Office; facilities

The city of New Orleans shall provide an office and other reasonable facilities in the building in which the Civil Section of the Forty-First Judicial District Court holds court or other quarters contiguous thereto which shall be good and sufficient for the proper and efficient operation of the office of the clerk as the parish recorder, including the installation and maintenance of an appropriate fire protection and climate control system.
