§600.21. Suits to determine validity of bonds

NOTE: Repealed by Acts 2011, No. 408, §3, eff. midnight, June 30, 2012.

Any suit to determine the validity of bonds of the agency shall be brought only in accordance with R.S. 13:5121 et seq.
