§600.19. Accounts and audits
NOTE: Repealed by Acts 2011, No. 408, §3, eff. midnight, June 30, 2012.
A. Subject to the provisions of any contract with the holders of its bonds, the agency shall establish a system of accounts.
B. The Legislative Auditor shall prepare an annual audit of the accounts and operations of the agency.
C. The agency shall submit to the governor and to both houses of the legislature an annual report on the operations of the agency, together with a copy of the report of every audit of the books and accounts of the agency, within sixty days from the receipt thereof by the agency.
