§441. Nonresidential and mixed-use properties and facilities

A local housing authority may:

(1) Develop, acquire, own, lease, and operate properties and facilities that are nonresidential in character, which are used for office, administrative, management, maintenance, commercial, or educational purposes, for providing services, or for carrying out any other purpose authorized under this Chapter.

(2) Acquire, own, lease, and operate properties and facilities that are both residential and nonresidential in character.
