RS 39:100.93 — Grants for grads fund
§100.93. Grants for Grads Fund
A. There is hereby established as a special fund in the state treasury the Grants for Grads Fund, hereinafter referred to in this Section as the "fund". The fund is established for use by the Louisiana Housing Corporation for the provision of grants to persons participating in the Grants for Grads Program.
B. Monies in the fund shall be subject to appropriation and used exclusively for purposes of the Grants for Grads Program, inclusive of grants costs and administrative expenses of the Louisiana Housing Corporation. Monies in the fund shall be invested by the state treasurer in the same manner as monies in the state general fund, and earnings on the investment of the fund shall be deposited into the fund. Monies in the fund at the end of the fiscal year shall remain in the fund.
