RS 39:100.12 — Authority to issue rules and regulations
§100.12. Authority to issue rules and regulations
The commissioner of administration shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations for the purpose of the proper administration and enforcement of the provisions of this Subpart, and the making of loans pursuant to this Subpart. The interest rate of any loans made pursuant to this Subpart as well as penalties and interest assessed if the loans are not timely repaid shall be provided by rules and regulations. Such rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Subpart or other laws or the constitution of this state.

NOTE: Acts 2001, No. 1090, §2, provides that the Act shall become effective and operative upon the enactment of an appropriation which provides for the deposit of no less than two million dollars into the Municipalities Energy Expense Loan Fund.
