§100.117. Permitted investments

A. The treasurer is authorized and directed to invest monies in the Post Employment Benefits Trust Fund which are available for investment in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 49:327 and, to the extent authorized by the Constitution of Louisiana, by R.S. 39:98.2.

B. On or before December first of each year, the treasurer shall prepare and submit a report on the performance of the Trust Fund to the Post Employment Benefits Trust Fund Board of Trustees.
