§875. Fees
The board is authorized to adopt rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to impose and collect fees which shall not exceed the following:

Initial crematory retort operator license

(2)
Annual renewal of crematory retort
operator license

80.00
(3)
Initial crematory authority license
$
1,000.00
(4)
Annual renewal of crematory authority license

700.00
(5)
Inspection or reinspection for initial,
location, or ownership change of
crematory authority license

500.00
