§46. Commission domicile; venue

A. The commission shall be domiciled in East Baton Rouge Parish and shall be subject to the provisions of R.S. 39:127.1.

B. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the venue for any civil proceeding by, against, or to which the commission or the division is a party shall be the parish of East Baton Rouge.
