CC 2791 — Mortgage on property for payment of rent.
Art. 2791. Mortgage on property for payment of rent.
The rentor has for the payment of this rent a right of mortgage on the property, commencing from the date of the contract. But he can not have it seized and sold, unless there be at least one entire year's rent due.
