CC 1905 — Solidary obligations
Art. 1905. Solidary obligations
If a solidary obligor becomes an obligee, confusion extinguishes the obligation only for the portion of that obligor.
If a solidary obligee becomes an obligor, confusion extinguishes the obligation only for the portion of that obligee.
