CC 1813 — Impossibility or unlawfulness of all items of performance
Art. 1813. Impossibility or unlawfulness of all items of performance
If all of the items of performance contemplated in the alternative obligation become impossible or unlawful without the obligor's fault, the obligation is extinguished.
