§1457.  Revocation or refusal to renew license; written notice

The department shall have the power to deny, revoke, or refuse to renew a license for a transitional youth residence if the applicant has failed to comply with the provisions of this Chapter or any applicable published rule or regulation of the department relating to transitional youth residences.  If a license is denied, revoked, or not renewed, the department shall promptly give the applicant or licensee written notice of the action and of the reasons for that action.
