2009 Louisiana Laws TITLE 46 Public welfare and assistance :: RS 46:1441.3 Transitional provisions

§1441.3.  Transitional provisions

All family child day care homes which were a part of a sponsoring agency, as defined in this Chapter on September 1, 1990, shall automatically be considered registered.  

Acts 1990, No. 901, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1991.
