§1441.12. Time for making registration or licensure application
Except as provided in R.S. 46:1441.3, any family child day care home or group child day care home as defined in R.S. 46:1441.1 shall make application for registration or licensure and receive approval for registration or licensure prior to receiving any form of state or federal funds.
