§1415. Facilities and agencies subject to regulation; exemptions
All child care facilities and child-placing agencies shall be subject to the provisions of this Chapter. However, private or public day schools serving children in grades one and above or operating kindergartens or prekindergarten programs, as well as Montessori schools, camps, and all care given without charge, shall be exempt from such provisions.
