2009 Louisiana Laws TITLE 40 Public health and safety :: RS 40:600.17 Trust funds

§600.17.  Trust funds

All monies received by the agency pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed to be trust funds, to be held and applied solely to or for the public functions and corporate purposes of the agency.
