§404. Meetings; location; penalties
A. In municipalities of a population of four hundred seventy-five thousand or more, the housing authority board shall schedule at least one meeting each quarter to be held at one of the housing projects under its jurisdiction.
B. Failure of any such authority to comply with the provisions of Subsection A shall be grounds for the secretary of the Department of Health and Hospitals or the Department of Children and Family Services to withhold state funds appropriated or otherwise made available through the department to such authority.
