PART XII. RURAL HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY
§2198. Rural Health Care Authority
The Department of Health and Hospitals shall establish a Rural Health Care Authority, herein referred to as "the authority", which shall establish rural primary health clinics, health commissions, and educational programs to accomplish the provisions of this Part.
