§2198.4. Educational services
The authority shall establish intensive education programs in rural parishes, such as preventive and substance abuse counseling, to be incorporated into the schools' curricula. The authority shall establish a program to provide that every school in the rural area have an information health library which will provide students with information on various problems limited to preventive and substance abuse counseling, sickle cell anemia, and tuberculosis.
