§2157. Complaints
NOTE: §2157 repealed by Acts 2009, No. 381, §3, eff. July 1, 2010.
A. The department, through its duly authorized agents, shall investigate all complaints against any adult residential care home as defined in this Part. The department may take such action as is authorized by R.S. 40:2158 through 2161.
B. The department shall receive, record, and dispose of complaints in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
