§2156. Inspections
NOTE: §2156 repealed by Acts 2009, No. 381, §3, eff. July 1, 2010.
The department, through its duly authorized agents, shall inspect at regular intervals, not to exceed one year or such shorter period as may be deemed necessary by the department, and without previous notice all adult residential care homes, subject to the provisions of this Part. The department shall also develop and facilitate coordination with other authorized local, state, and federal agencies making inspections of such facilities.
