2009 Louisiana Laws of Civil Procedure :: CCP 192 - Appointment of expert witnesses; expenses

Art. 192. Appointment of expert witnesses; expenses

A. The appointment of expert witnesses is controlled by Louisiana Laws of Evidence Article 706.

B. The reasonable fees and expenses of these experts shall be taxed as costs of court.
