§2192. Evaluation of publicly funded programs and classes

A workforce development entity, with the assistance of the demand occupation list developed by the commission, shall evaluate the supply of publicly funded programs in relation to the demand for the programs and report any discrepancies between supply and demand to the appropriate educational institution and the commission.
