§2153.  Data; standardization

A.  Not later than one hundred eighty days after the date of its first meeting, the commission shall develop a plan that, whenever practicable, requires the use of common definitions, common outcome measures, common eligibility standards, and common funding cycles for job training programs.

B.  The commission shall direct the affected state agencies to standardize program definitions, training program codes, and any other information collected on education, training, and placement program performance in a manner consistent with the capabilities and needs of the program evaluation system.
